- At the BPC meeting on 5 October 2022 Derek Williams was co-opted to serve on the parish council and has now signed the Acceptance of Office.
- With winter approaching, we thought it might be worth reminding parishioners of our grit bins. There are a number of grit bins around the Parish. They are placed at convenient locations for parishioners to grit the public roads and footpaths (not your own driveways, please). Some are owned and replenished by West Northants Council, and 4 bins in Upper Boddington are now owned and refilled by Boddington Parish Council. These are: 1 in the churchyard, 1 next to the Plough Inn, 1 at the Welsh Road/Warwick Road junction and 1 halfway down Townsend Lane. All Parish Council bins have scoops in them, so anyone passing can spread grit.
If any of these are nearly empty, please contact our Clerk, Lesley, and we will get them topped up. Any issues with the others will need to be logged on West Northants Council website (follow the Report option from the main menu).
